Google abt hair rebonding and found the price at $128. Went down and stylist Lily said my hair texture can go for bio hair rebonding which is more better so I go for the $188 as recommended. Lily is very professional and lovely lady. She shown n explained in detail and also provided me hair cut as well. My child mentioned was hungry ,she was very sweet and offered a piece of cake for my child. Lovely and wonder service provided by Lily. Highly recommended and satisfied with her skill. Will definitely visit again.

Highly recommend Lily as a hair stylist! Been coming here for almost three years and I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. She’s patient and flexible. She always gives good advice on how to take care of your hair. I also buy the hair products they sell for maintenance. Love their anti dandruff keratin shampoo and treatment.

Was served by May and she's so so nice! She's so gentle and takes good care of your skin and makes sure that the treatment suits your skin type/condition. No hardselling as compared to other facial places which actually makes me want to go back for more! Place is clean and cosy and there's bus stop for easy transport. Thanks May dear!

May was great and very accommodating when I got lost and turned up late. Suggestion to company to update their Google address as it does not align with the Class Pass new address. I'm also not the biggest fan of upselling packages but it was done in a respectful way. Thanks May!

Best facial experience with Linda. She made the whole experience really pleasant and did a very thorough extraction for me. My face has never been so smooth and clean! Facial came with eyebrow shaping and shoulder massage which was sooo shiok! Definitely coming again.

Was attended by Yvonne. Recommended suitable treatments for my postpartum hair loss, and advised on good after care upon rebonding. Recommended hairstyle to suit my face shape and one that would add volume to my hair. It's always great to have stylist who takes the initiative to recommend what suits customers instead of just giving what customer wants. Will definitely go again!

Great experience! I had a wonderful facial session at the East Coach branch with Linda. She was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job, she took her time, especially focusing on the extractions, which I really appreciated. I asked to see the available packages, and she explained them clearly without any hard-selling, which made me feel comfortable. I told her I'd like to see the effects first before deciding whether to come back and sign up for a package, and she respected that completely.

I went to the branch at East Coast. My beautician is May. I find her very good in her work, didn't chat much, just focused on her work which I like AA The environment is also very pleasant, no hard selling at all, just recommended me some extra treatment using machine which I opted for it, and seems good. Will consider taking up package with them. Overall, thumbs up!

This was an absolute steal! Alice was amazing! Even though the voucher was really cheap, she did her best and my hair felt wonderful after the treatment. Her service was great and there was no hard selling. Based on the price list I saw, their services (esp for hair colouring) are very reasonably priced. It is a neighborhood outlet, so the ambience is not like other branded chains. That being said, the price-performance ratio is wonderful.
